A. Affirming with the Pranatropfen®

Go to a quiet place and lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Take your Pranatropfen® Genesis in your hand and hold it gently. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises.

Begin to recite one of the affirmations listed above. While repeating the affirmations silently, focus on your Pranatropfen® Genesis and visualize its transformative and creative energy flowing through you and supporting your inner development. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is especially effective shortly before going to sleep and immediately after waking up in the morning.

B. Energetically charging the Pranadrop®

As with the first meditation, withdraw to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can help prepare you.

Take your Pranadrop® Genesis in your hand and imagine that with each inhale you draw creative energy from the universe into your body, where it gathers as light. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Then place your Pranatropfen® Genesis back around your neck. The stored alignment will now accompany you throughout your daily life. This exercise can be repeated regularly.
