Here are the following affirmations for Lightbringer Gabriel, which can be repeated in the mind during meditation:

• I live in clarity and purity.
• I am determined and steadfast. My higher self guides me.
• I live my inner truth and free myself from impurities.
• My soul is free and true, and I express it outwardly.

How can I use my Lightbringer Gabriel in meditation?

There are several ways to use a Lightbringer in spiritual exercises. We will explain two methods here.

A. Affirming with the Lightbringer

1. Find a place of peace and lie or sit in a relaxed position.
2. Now take your Lightbringer Gabriel in your hand and hold it loosely.
3. Put yourself in a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example with breathing exercises.
4. Now begin to recite one of the above affirmations.
5. As you say the affirmations in your mind, focus on your Lightbringer Gabriel and imagine the energy of Archangel Gabriel flowing into you and supporting you in your affirmation.
6. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. It is best to practice this exercise just before going to sleep and shortly after waking up in the morning.

B. Charging the Lightbringer energetically

1. As in the first meditation, retreat to a place of peace and put yourself in a state of relaxation and heightened awareness.
2. Again, breathing exercises help to prepare you.
3. Take your Lightbringer Gabriel in your hand and imagine how with each inhalation, energy flows from the universe to you and is stored in your body in the form of light.
4. As you exhale, imagine the light in your body transferring to the Lightbringer in your hand.
5. Meanwhile, imagine what you want to achieve or attain, for example, courage or healing.
6. As the stored light energy transfers from your body to the Lightbringer during exhalation, imagine the desired qualities transferring into the Lightbringer.
7. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Then put your Lightbringer Gabriel back around your neck. The positive qualities are now stored in the Lightbringer and will positively influence you all the time.
8. This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy in the Lightbringer decreases over time.
