How can I use my Pranatropfen® Enlightenment in meditation?

There are different ways to integrate Pranatropfen® Enlightenment into your spiritual practice. Two proven methods are described below:

A. Affirming with Pranatropfen® Enlightenment

Go to a quiet place and assume a relaxed position. Hold the Pranatropfen® Enlightenment gently in your hand.

Calm your breath and allow your mind to become still. When you feel centered, begin silently repeating one of the affirmations above.

Direct your attention toward the Pranatropfen® and imagine pure light being activated through it, flowing into your entire energy system. Visualize your chakras—from the root chakra to the crown chakra—aligning harmoniously and coming into balance.

Repeat your chosen affirmation up to forty times. This practice can be especially powerful in the evening before sleep or in the morning upon awakening.

B. Energetically aligning the Pranatropfen® Enlightenment

Retreat to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxed awareness through calm, steady breathing.

Hold your Pranatropfen® in your hand. As you inhale, imagine clear, radiant light flowing from the universe into your crown chakra and spreading throughout your entire body.

As you exhale, consciously guide this light into the Pranatropfen®. Visualize balance, insight, and awareness being stored within it.

Repeat this cycle seven to twelve times. Afterward, place the Pranatropfen® Enlightenment back around your neck or keep it mindfully with you.

This exercise may be practiced daily to support inner alignment and conscious awareness.
