A. Affirming with the Pranadrop®

Go to a quiet place and lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Take your Pranadrop® Water Dragon in your hand and hold it gently. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises. Begin to repeat one of the affirmations listed above. While silently repeating the affirmation, focus on your Pranadrop® Water Dragon and imagine a gentle, clear water energy flowing into you, calming your heart and balancing your entire energy field. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best practiced shortly before going to sleep and shortly after waking in the morning.

B. Energetically charging the Pranadrop®

As in the first meditation, withdraw to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises will help you prepare. Take your Pranadrop® Water Dragon in your hand and imagine that with each inhale, clear and refreshing water light flows from the universe into you and gathers in your heart. As you exhale, visualize this harmonious energy flowing into the Pranadrop® resting in your hand. At the same time, connect with peace, balance, and emotional clarity. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Then place your Pranadrop® Water Dragon back around your neck. The stored qualities will now accompany you positively throughout your daily life. This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy within the Pranadrop® gradually decreases over time.
