Go to a quiet place and lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Take your Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart in your hand and hold it loosely. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises. Begin to repeat one of the above affirmations. While doing so, focus on your Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart and imagine warm, powerful energy activating your root chakra and sacral chakra, filling you with dynamism. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best practiced shortly before going to sleep and shortly after waking up.

As in the first meditation, withdraw to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can help you prepare. This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy within the Pranadrop® gradually diminishes over time.
