Premium Pranadrops are made from resin, gemstones, and precious metals and feature a beautiful, prismatic glass heart in the center. The glass heart is surrounded by small, clear Herkimer diamonds and radiates in many colors.
Pranadrop Sacred Heart is a very special Premium Pranadrop that calls forth strong vitality and zest for life. The gemstone combination of ruby and carnelian enhances creativity with warm life energy and sudden ideas. This Pranadrop stands for bliss, vitality, and creativity.

Every Pranadrop® comes with an optional gold or silver ribbon as well as an additional black silk band and a valuable storage case.

The glass heart is surrounded by clear Herkimer diamonds and radiates in many colors. Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart is the ideal companion for on the go, at work, and of course at home. It strengthens vital force, activates creative energy, and supports a dynamic presence in everyday life.
Cleaning tips: Premium Pranadrops® require no intensive care. Once a week, rinse under running water for five minutes to energetically cleanse them.

How can I use my Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart in meditation?
There are several ways to use a Pranadrop® in spiritual practice. We would like to explain two methods here.
A. Affirming with the Pranadrop®
Go to a quiet place and lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Take your Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart in your hand and hold it loosely. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises. Begin to repeat one of the above affirmations. While doing so, focus on your Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart and imagine warm, powerful energy activating your root chakra and sacral chakra, filling you with dynamism. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best practiced shortly before going to sleep and shortly after waking up.
B. Energetically charging the Pranadrop®
As in the first meditation, withdraw to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can help you prepare. Take your Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart in your hand and imagine that with each inhalation, vibrant, warm energy flows into your body. With each exhalation, imagine this energy flowing into the Pranadrop® in your hand. At the same time, visualize creativity, drive, and vitality being stored within the Pranadrop®. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Then place your Premium Pranadrop® Sacred Heart back around your neck. The positive qualities are now stored in the Pranadrop® and will positively influence you throughout the day. This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy within the Pranadrop® gradually diminishes over time.
