Pranadrop® Transcendence - The Crown of Creation

The main stone of Pranadrop® Transcendence is the beautiful black opal, which shimmers in all colours. Called “The Crown of Creation,” the black opal is a particularly powerful healing stone with special properties. It strengthens healthy pride and willpower. Sugilite works in a similar way to the black opal and is considered its feminine counterpart. While the black opal is associated with fire, sugilite corresponds to the element of water.

How can I apply my Pranadrop® Transcendence in meditation?

There are several ways to use a Pranadrop® in spiritual practice. Here are two possibilities:

A. Affirming with your Pranadrop®

Go to a quiet place and move into a relaxed position. Take your Pranadrop® Transcendence in your hand and hold it gently. Enter a state of peace and relaxation; breathing exercises or mindful breathing can help you reach this state. Begin repeating one of the affirmations above silently, whispered, or aloud. While repeating your affirmation, visualize the energy of Pranadrop® Transcendence flowing into you and supporting you. Repeat the affirmation about 40 times. This exercise works best just before going to bed and immediately after waking up in the morning.

B. Recharging your Pranadrop®

As in the first meditation exercise, retreat to a quiet place and enter a calm, attentive state. Breathing exercises will again help you prepare. Take the Pranadrop® in your hand and imagine that with each inhale, energy from the universe flows into your body and is stored within you. As you exhale, visualize this energy flowing into the Pranadrop®. At the same time, focus on your goals and what you wish to achieve. One theme of Transcendence, for example, is transformation. As you exhale and imagine the energy flowing into the Pranadrop®, picture the desired qualities being transferred into it. Repeat this process about 7 to 12 times. Then wear the Pranadrop® again. The envisioned qualities are now stored within the Pranadrop® and will positively influence you throughout the day and night. This exercise should be repeated daily.
