Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises. Begin to recite one of the affirmations listed above. While repeating the affirmation silently, focus on your Pranadrop® and imagine a deep, powerful energy flowing through the pendant into you, strengthening your willpower and intuitive clarity. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best practiced shortly before falling asleep and shortly after awakening in the morning.

B. Energetically charging the Pranadrop®

As in the first meditation, retreat to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can again help you prepare. Take your Pranadrop® into your hand and imagine that with every inhale, energy flows from the universe toward you and is stored in your body as light. As you exhale, imagine the light within your body flowing into the Pranadrop® in your hand. At the same time, visualize protection, transformation, and inner strength flowing into the Pranadrop®. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Then place your Pranadrop® back around your neck. The positive qualities are now stored within the Pranadrop® and will influence you positively over time. This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy within the Pranadrop® gradually decreases.
