A. Affirming with the Pranadrop®

Go to a quiet place and lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Take your Premium Pranadrop® Dreamtime in your hand and hold it gently. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises. Begin to recite one of the affirmations mentioned above. While repeating the affirmation silently, focus on your Premium Pranadrop® Dreamtime and imagine a soft, prismatic light connecting your heart chakra and crown chakra, strengthening your wishes. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best practiced shortly before falling asleep and shortly after waking in the morning.

B. Energetically charging the Pranadrop®

As in the first meditation, withdraw to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can help you prepare. Take your Premium Pranadrop® Dreamtime in your hand and imagine that with each inhalation, light energy flows into your heart and is stored there. As you exhale, imagine this light flowing into your Pranadrop®, which rests in your hand. At the same time, visualize your heart’s desire as already fulfilled. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Afterwards, place your Premium Pranadrop® Dreamtime back around your neck. The positive qualities are now stored within the Pranadrop® and influence you positively throughout the day. This practice should be repeated daily, as the stored energy within the Pranadrop® gradually decreases over time.
