How can I use my Pranadrop Fairy Light ® in meditation?

There are several ways to use a Pranatropfen® in spiritual practice. We would like to explain two options here.

A. Affirming with the Pranadrop®

Go to a quiet place and lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Take your Pranadrop Fairy Light®  into your hand and hold it gently. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example through breathing exercises. Begin repeating one of the affirmations listed above. While silently speaking the affirmation, focus on your Pranatropfen® Feenlicht and imagine a soft, prismatic light flowing into you, filling your heart with lightness and magic. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best practiced shortly before going to sleep and shortly after waking in the morning.

B. Energetically charging the Pranadrop®

As with the first meditation, withdraw to a quiet place and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can help you prepare. Take your Pranatropfen® Feenlicht into your hand and imagine that with each inhalation gentle, colorful light from nature and the fairy realm flows toward you and is stored within your body. With each exhalation, visualize how the light within your body transfers into the Pranatropfen® in your hand. At the same time, imagine what you wish to achieve or invite into your life — such as wonder, lightness or an open heart. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Afterwards, place your Pranatropfen® Feenlicht back around your neck. The positive qualities are now stored within the Pranatropfen® and will influence you positively over time. This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy within the Pranatropfen® gradually decreases.
